My name is Matt Griffin. I am originally from Kansas City, Kansas and have been in the heating and cooling industry for the last 15 years. I have experience in Service, install and residential new construction. I am excited about my new journey here at KCBR. Customer service has always been a passion of mine since day one of getting into the heating and cooling world. Over the years I’ve been privilege to work with some great customers and have even developed friendships out of them. I feel like the service industry over the last few years has taken on a bad name because of the lack of customer service and caring for the customers home. I’ve always believed that every customer deserves the filling that you care about their home just as much as they do. My favorite quote “the customer will not always remember what you said, But they will remember how you made them feel.” I look forward to providing great customer service and care to all KCBR customers.
I have a wife Lindsey and daughter named Everlee, who I spend most of my time with while I’m not working. We love to travel back to Arizona, where my wife is originally from and I also lived for a few years myself. I love watching sports and spending time with family and friends.
